To our valued Burdekin Marine Suzuki Customers
Due to the economic climate, we have had to close our Burdekin Marine Dealership.
This is not our preferred position, however we have no option but to take these steps.
We are mindful and supportive our valued Suzuki customers and we will continue to offer service for Suzuki outboards through Townsville Marine.
Further, we have introduced servicing for Suzuki outboards to be performed by our technicians working from our fully equipped field service unit which will travel to the Burdekin to perform servicing and maintenance.
There will be no additional charge for this on-site service. Your Suzuki warranty log book will be completed and stamped by Townsville Marine thus ensuring that your Suzuki warranty is kept intact.
Suzuki warranty requires, unless otherwise permitted in writing by Suzuki, your service be carried out by an authorised Suzuki service agent.
We are committed to providing you with quality service at competitive rates.
We will also attend your premises to perform warranty work (with an approved warranty claim) at no cost to you.
Any accessories (Fish finders, etc.) are still covered by warranty and supported by Townsville Marine.
All goods and services supplied by Burdekin Marine will be fully supported by Townsville Marine and all workmanship and warranties will be honoured.

Young Aiden Slatchers will be joining the team at Townsville Marine as a first year Marine Mechanic apprentice and we look forward to welcoming Aiden on board.
